TOTAL JORDAN’S COMMITMENT TO CLIENTS AND PARTNERS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Dear clients and partners,

Given the recent developments related to COVID-19 in Jordan, and the recent official lockdown of our beloved country, Total Jordan has put in place a set of measures in order to ensure the health and safety of our employees, partners and clients.

As a key energy provider and supplier of fuels in Jordan, Total’s operation will be maintained during the shutdown, and as part of our social responsibility towards the country, we assure you that we are committed to ensuring the continuity of our services in Jordan, as decided by the government.

In response to the current COVID-19 local situation, we assure you of the following:

Protecting Our People:

Total’s top priority is to assure the safety of our people throughout our operations and services, including those in our stations and offices, as well as our industry partners and the entire supply chain. 

Protecting and Serving Our Clients: 

Total is committed to better energy, and this commitment is the basis for our response plans in light of the current COVID-19 situation. We maintain our unwavering commitment to serving our clients in these difficult times. Therefore, we are committed to the following unless local authorities instruct otherwise:

·        All service stations around Jordan are currently open to serve the public.

·        Diesel delivery will continue to operate as usual to ensure both businesses and homes are served.

·        Fuel delivery to stations will continue to maintain adequate levels of fuel supplies around Jordan.

·        Gasoline and diesel importation activities will continue as usual to ensure the uninterrupted availability of quality fuels to our clients.

Maintaining Our Corporate Social Responsibility:

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, it is important that we all take responsibility and do our part to follow the instructions issued by the government to limit movement except for emergency cases. At Total, we take this responsibility very seriously. We have been monitoring this public health emergency closely and have launched a local business continuity plan in order to adapt to the latest developments of COVID-19 in the country and operate accordingly.

We continue to monitor the current international and local developments for risks related to COVID-19, and are committed to following official decisions and recommendations to limit the spread of this disease.

التزام توتال الأردن تجاه عملائها وشركائها خلال وباء كوفيد 19

عملاءنا وشركاءنا الأعزاء

نظراً للتطورات الأخيرة المتعلقة بفيروس كورونا "كوفيد 19" والإجراءات الاحترازية التي اتخذتها الحكومة في بلدنا الحبيب والمتعلقة بتعطيل جميع مؤسسات القطاعين العام والخاص باستثناء القطاعات الحيوية منها، فقد وضعنا في توتال الأردن مجموعة من التدابير الوقائية  لحماية صحة وسلامة موظفينا وعملائنا وشركائنا.

وباعتبارنا مورد رئيسي للطاقة والوقود في الأردن، وانطلاقا من مسؤوليتنا المجتمعية تجاه بلدنا، نؤكد لكم أن أعمال توتال -وبحسب القرارات الحكومية الأخيرة- لن تتوقف، وسنركز على ضمان استمرارية خدماتنا على النحو الذي تقرره الحكومة.

استجابة لحالة الطوارئ التي تعيشها البلاد في الوقت الراهن، نؤكد لكم ما يلي:

حماية موظفينا:

أولوية توتال الرئيسية؛ هي ضمان سلامة وصحة موظفينا في جميع عملياتنا وخدماتنا، خاصة أولئك العاملين في محطاتنا ومكاتبنا ، بالإضافة إلى شركائنا في القطاع وسلسلة التوريد لدينا.

حماية وخدمة عملائنا:

تلتزم شركة توتال بتوفير طاقة أفضل، وهذا الالتزام الذي قطعناه على أنفسنا يُعد إطاراً لخطط الاستجابة كما هو الوضع حالياً بالنسبة لـ" كوفيد 19". نحافظ على التزامنا الثابت لخدمة عملائنا في هذا الوقت الصعب. لذلك ، نحن ملتزمون بما يلي ما لم تأمر السلطات المحلية بخلاف ذلك:

·       ستظل محطات المحروقات المنتشرة في مختلف أنحاء المملكة مفتوحة لخدمة الجمهور

·       سنستمر في خدمة توصيل الديزل لضمان استمرارية حصول الشركات والأفراد ( المنازل) على هذا المنتج.

·       سنستمر في توصيل الوقود للمحطات لضمان استمرارية إمدادات الوقود حول الأردن.

·       استمرار أنشطة استيراد البنزين والديزل كالمعتاد لضمان استمرارية حصول العملاء على وقود عالي الجودة.

المسؤولية الاجتماعية:

على كل فرد منا أن يأخذ هذا الفيروس على محمل الجد، وأن يؤدي دوره ويتقيد بالتعليمات الحكومية المتعلقة بعدم مغادرة المنزل إلا في الحالات الطارئة والاستثنائية. نؤكد أننا في توتال نتحمل هذه المسؤولية بجدية. ولمعالجة هذه الحالة الصحية الطارئة، أطلقنا خطة لاستمرارية أعمالنا كما سنواصل مراقبة بيئة العمل واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة عند الحاجة وما زلنا نراقب عن كثب المخاطر المتعلقة بفيروس كورونا " كوفيد 19" في البيئات الدولية والمحلية الحالية ونستعد وفقاً لذلك، ونواصل اتباع وتنفيذ توصيات المسؤولين للحد من انتشار هذا الوباء.
