Ipsos Jordan Consumer Sentiment Index Q3 2024

JCSI is a quarterly national survey that sheds light on consumers' attitudes towards current and future state of the local economy, personal finance situations, as well as savings and confidence to make large investments.

The results show a 2.7-point decrease between the second and third quarter of 2024. This dip is mainly driven by citizens’ confidence in the future state of the Kingdom’s economy, their confidence in the current economic situation and their ability to invest in their future and the future of their children. While unemployment remains in the top concerns for Jordanians, high cost of living and inflation tops the list this quarter as the most worrisome.
