Organisation of a mission for any company interested in prospecting the Jordanian market with potential buyers interested in the product or service that your company has to offer.
This will entail the organisation of personalised meetings with prospective buyers and clients (1 to 6 days) and will include 4 to 6 individual appointments per day, targeted to the needs of the company. Meetings may include high-level Jordanian officials or representatives of Jordanian chambers or business associations.
Phase 1 : Contacting the prospects
All prospects identified will be contacted by telephone and/or visited personally and a profile about each prospective buyer will be included in the folder to be handed to your company.
Phase 2 : Organisation of the programme
After meticulous selection of potential prospects, we will organise the personalised meetings (4 to 6 per day). We can also assist your company in logistic services (car rental, hotel reservation etc…). A representative of the Company Support Service Department can also accompany you to the various meetings.
Phase 3 : Preliminary meeting with your company
This mission will begin with a preliminary meeting with your company held at the CAFRAJ premises and will include the following :
Presentation about the Jordanian economy and macro-economics.
Overview about the respective sector (statistics, main players, competition, regulations, etc…).
A brief description of each meeting.
Phase 4 : Follow-up and evaluation
After the mission has been completed, regular follow-ups will be undertaken and an assessment questionnaire addressed your company.
DEADLINE : Around 6 to 8 weeks
TARIFF : Price range depending on the number of hours spent in the preparation of this mission: 1 to 6 days charged at the tariff rate ranging from 1000 and 4000 Euros per mission all taxes included.
